Hi friends, we had to cancel reservation in El Nido becasuse for our group they had only rooms for one night. We did reservation for 4 nights. So we had to find other accommodation. So I am asking you for money back.

Reserved a room in the stone building. Upon checking this was not available, so instead they gave us a shack at the beach. This was not nice at all, made of wood and paper, run down, dirty and construction going on outside. So forget relax vacation Ask the owner for a cancellation since this is not what we booked. Not possible bla bla bla. Only after insisting multiple times he agreed. Not recommended
