Near the shopping center, City Hospital and the beach with a beautiful view of the Zadar archipelago, where you can swim and windsurf in the crystal blue waters. Kolovare Beach is equipped with catering facilities with swimming pools and a diving board.
The building villa, in front of it green garden with vegetables and fruit trees. It has five dorm rooms with four and six beds with shared shower baths and toilets.

Front door left open to the street in bad area. Dirtiest hostel I’ve ever been in. Black hair on bed. Sink covered in dirt. Toilet covered in poo sprayed over the toilet seat. Beds are spring filled. Worst lumpy pillow. Cant sit up when your on the bottom bunk. Actually disgusting hostel. And it wasn’t even cheap. They actually charge more than excellent hostels. Lot local to the main area. There was no cleaning done whatsoever…. Everything was in a state, dirty floors, dirty kitchen, dirty loos.
