Hikers Den is the first and only hostel in Zabljak- with a warm heart and truly homely feel!
We sit down with each and every guest on arrival and help you plan your time in National Park Durmitor whether it be hiking, biking, rafting, canyoning or simply just exploring the beautiful surroundings in the fresh mountain air.
We also have spare hiking shoes, jackets, warm clothes and we will provide you with free paper and digital(offline) hiking maps. Every morning we hold hike briefings and help people find hike buddies if they don't want to hike alone.

If you enjoy hiking, this is an amazing hostel. When you arrive, they sist you down and give you a list of options of hikes and other activities you can do while staying in Zabljak. Every morning they will also give you a briefing of your chosen map, plotting the walk on maps.me to make it easy to follow. In terms of the hostel itself, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a sitting area outside where everyone congregates in the evening

Great place to stay if you want welcoming and knowledgeable hosts! The information they give about the hikes is amazing and they lent me shoes which allowed me to do the highest peak. Couldn’t recommend this place enough + there is a cute dog called Max!!
