You should know that all UK residents have been banned from entering NZ for the last 2 years, so my visit to NZ was banned, and still waiting for airline refund Mr D Moger

I booked a night before a flight home to England. When I arrived the hostel was closed because of COVID-19. Nowhere on the site did it say the hostel was closed and they took my booking anyway. Imensely inconvenient and completed ruined what was already a very stressful day. Sort your bookings out and tell people you are closed!
