The place is old and not clean. Didn't want to use the kitchen because it looked greasy and I heard there's bed bugs on the couch.
Staff was friendly and the location is next to the bus stop.

The worst hostel I have ever been (and I’ve been to more than 10 hostels in more than 5 countries). The guy at the reception wasn’t particularly nice, just doing his job. The kitchen is ok and the toilet and showers are just old and neglected. The worst part (!!!) was the room, which was unbelievably smelly and also there were bed bugs around me and on my cloths when I woke up. It caused me to go away from Rotorua, since I was so sad and disappointed.
