We arrived at 2:15pm and and knew that check in is at 1pm when we did the reservation. We told the front desk and he refused. We waited 45 min outside.
No elevator .
The heating was poorly - noisy and not heating.
Small room and bed.

Very nice place to stay at near Dupont Circle. Much less expensive than other locations in the area. It was a very basic place to stay. The floor layouts were reminiscent of a family home that had been carved up to make separate hotel rooms. What was totaling lacking was a listing of the available TV channels.

This place was great. Perfect location right in Dupont Circle walkable to all the good spots in the city. The place itself was clean and simple and just what we needed, nothing fancy, but nothing wrong with it at all. Excellent atmosphere, excellent cleanliness, Great value.
