Sadly a very disappointing and unnerving stay at MadMonkey.
The good: checked in with no problems, and had a great tour lead by TinTin to the ki**ing fields and museum
The bad: doors in the room don’t lock automatically, so reliant on room mates to do so (never happens). Also no curtains in our room.
Came in after the tour to find someone had tried to cut through my lock. Brought this up with staff who stated ‘at least they didn’t manage to cut through’ and offered no support.
Unfortunately a guy in our room that was in the room 24/7, walked around naked and showered + used the toilet with the door open. Stared at me and another female in the room whilst we were packing et. Overall made to feel generally very uncomfortable and uns**e.

You know what to expect when staying at a Mad Monkey — social, good facilities, pool, and a whole lot of fun. The staff is what made my experience! Special shoutout to Vinnie, Keeley, Thy Thy, Lin, and Noch!
