Roatan Backpackers' Hostel

Roatan Backpackers' Hostel is a small, friendly hostel located in Sandy Bay, Roatan, just a few minutes walk from the botanical gardens and the dolphins at the institute of marine science, and a short taxi ride from West End.

There is a communal kitchen, shady porch, restaurant and patio and pool. There are dorms as well as many private options available, including small single rooms for solo travelers.

Dorm rooms have individual fans on each bunk and lockable storage compartments under the bunks.

credit cards not accepted. 50% deposit is payable directly to the hostel within 48 hours of reserving for the reservation to be confirmed, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. This deposit can be made through Paypal (5% service fee added), Zelle, e-transfer for Canadians, or deposit to our BAC Credomatic account in Honduras.

Free cancellation booking cancelled on time will be refunded. All other reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. A date change is viewed as a cancellation and rebooking, and the cancellation policy will apply.

If a guest sends a deposit and then cancels with more than 30 days notice outlined in our policy, we refund the deposit using the same method that they paid
