Overrated party hostel, in my opinion too big and therefore has little to no atmosphere. Bathroom (ensuite) in 12-person dorm had a funky smell. The staff were okay but there was an issue with something being put on my tab that I didn’t buy and twice with checking out the night before and early in the morning they tried to make me pay for it. They also charge for overnight luggage storage :/

Great location, clean, and all the staff was very nice and friendly, especially Luis helped me a lot during my stay here. Highly recommend!

Check your itemized bill! We were overcharged for laundry by 7 kilos. then the lady at the front desk did not swem to know what she was doing and almost made us miss our Bus to Puno. this happened the morning of 17/5/23. Luise was great and we loved his service and ability to do his job. but unfortunately it was his days off.
