Great hotel with an equally great location with just 20 -30 mins walk to most tourist sites including the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum, and shopping in Rokin. Staff is friendly and warm, and facilities are very clean. Some people complain about the stairs but that is to be expected. However, please do consider having an inside latch for the door.

Too many negative points.
I saw a rat in my room at 3am, I didn’t get any support or refund for my lack sleep.
The staff weren’t supportive.
Staff coming inside my room using their own card to access it. No safety and privacy at all.
The walls were so thin so you hear loud noise, inside and outside the the “hotelâ€.
Small room, steep stairs.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
I wouldn’t never recommend this place.
Overpriced and doesn’t worth your money
They are dishonest, disrespectful and dirty.

The room and bathroom was really nice and clean, the shower had great water pressure. Right on the canal and next to a tram stop so easy to get to everything.
