Wald’s Place Hotel Terms and Conditions.
1. The hotel is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant hotel employee upon request.
2. Settlement of bills: upon arrival -bills must be settled on presentation either by payment in cash, g-cash or valid credit cards, cheques are not accepted. No refund upon payment.
3. Guests are to use their rooms for the agreed period. If the period of accommodation is not stipulated in advance, guests are to check out by 12:00 Afternoon. on the last day of their stay at the latest, and they are obliged to have vacated the room by this time or Php300 per hour will be charged for the first 4 hours, past 4 hours the full amount of one-day occupancy will be charged. Check in time if the room is still occupied is approximately 2 PM; if the room is vacant check in time can be earlier. In the event that the hotel has already reserved this room before hand, and the guest fails to pay attention to requests to vacate the room, or if he or she is not present in the hotel, the hotel reserves the right with a three-member committee in attendance to catalogue the guest’s possessions and to store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the guest for whom it has been reserved.
4. Keep your door lock closed when leaving the room or when you are sleeping, use the door lock on your door. The hotel will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guest’s belongings or any other property. Any damages made by guest inside the HOTEL WILL BE FULLCHARGED TO GUEST IMMIDIETELY.
5. The hotel may offer guests who ask to extend their stay in a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated.
6. Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out. Lost keys(each Php 1000) will be charged.
7. Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc in the hotel premises by guests is strictly prohibited and will be charge accordingly.
8. Management rights: The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her – with a two-member committee in attendance – and lock the room or rent the room to another guest. This will only happen if the person(s) occupying the room(s) are disturbing the peace or/ and safety from the hotel / personnel or other hotel guests.
9. Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management. If any malfunction is discovered during your stay, please report this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.
10. A guest may not use his or her own electrical appliances, which are not used for the guest’s personal hygiene and comfort. You can use electric razors, hairdryers or chargers for laptops, flash lights etc. in your room.
11. The lounge and dining area are available for receiving visitors. A guest may only receive visitors in his room with the consent of the appropriate hotel employee during the period from 9:00A.M. to10:00 P.M. upon entering this visit in the visitor’s book at the reception area. The guest can bring his girl/ boyfriend in the room outside the visiting hours. The rooms cannot be used by more persons than original booked, if more persons are admitted they will be charged accordingly.
12. If the guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expenses.
13. Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the lights in the room and its facilities as well the air conditioning and to shut the door as they leave. Keep your door and windows closed when the air conditioning is working.
14. Washing of clothes is not allowed in the room, laundry is available in the hotel, ask the reception.
15. The use of Wi-Fi in the lounge area, your room and dining area is free of charge for guest only. The use of the internet computer in the bar area is free of charge for guest who stays in the hotel only.
16. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises. Running and playing in the reception area is not allowed.
17. Dogs and other animals can only be accommodated in the hotel on the condition that their owner proves that they are healthy and pose no health risk. Noisy animals will be refused. Only one pet is allowed per room and is free of charged and the guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet. Pets must be leashed in common areas. Due to hygienic reasons.
18. Guests are to observe night time peace and quiet in the period from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., i.e. they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the hotel.
19. Long distance bookings in the country or abroad from unknown guests can only be registered by receiving of minimum 50%of the total booking fee. This amount will be deposited in a Peso account nominated by hotel. All other guests can pay a deposit at the reception of the hotel for their bookings.
20. Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the hotel’s activities are welcomed by the hotel management.
21. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
22. Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at this hotel without being accompanied by their parents or guardians. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 to possessor consume any alcoholic beverage, illegal drugs or cigarettes.
23. Smoking is not allowed by any person in the whole resort by Philippine law. We have a reserved place for smoking at the outer end of the hotel where you can smoke 24/7. There are smoke detectors mounted in every room, if you smoke in your room and the alarm goes on you will be charged Php 5,000.00.
24. Tattoo stains on towels and bedlinens which are subjected to corresponding charges HENNA TATTOO STAINS PENALTYP5,000.00 (FIVETHOUSANDPESOS).
25. Personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the hotel for 3 months
26. Kitchen Rules and Regulations KITCHENCLOSE at 10PM, Guest are not allowed to eat, drink and cook during closing time. Please always wash and clean guest used utensils, and etc. after used. Always maintain cleanliness Breakfast TIME 7AM to 9AMonly, No Breakfast Served After 9AM onwards. Breakfast charged Php 130.00 for Room only booking.
27. Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules.
