Joey's By The Ganges

Joey's Hostel is now right next to the Ganges in Rishikesh. Situated on the ghats of the river ganga, offering spectacular view of the river, rishikesh and the mountains beoynd, Joey's by the ganges is the perfect place to not just meet new friends, but also to find yourself. Surrounded by the peace and tranquility of the home of yoga, you will find friendly faces and a warm staff. To top it all, we have a bohemian rooftop cafe to satiate those cravings as well.

We are located on the left bank of the river ganga, near the laxman jhula. Currently Laxman Jhula is closed, so to come here, you have to cross the river ganga before you reach the Laxman Jhula. You can do this from multiple bridges across the river - Ram Jhula, or Janki Setu if you're coming by foot or by two wheeler. If you are coming by a car, then you can cross the river from AIIMS or from Haridwar. In case you have already reached Tapovan, then the better option is to cross Tapovan and come from the next bridge, which is about 5 Km ahead of Tapovan.

Once you're here, then you can park before the police barricades, there is parking at both the sides of the main road. Then you can walk to the hostel.
