Tennis court, swimming pool, Huge TV with a sofa, kitchen our Seaview property is a luxury backpacker option.

We do have a small bar but during busy time we recommend you to join Phangan Arena pre parties or just chill at our property.
We belong to the group Arena so you can use all the facilities there ( across the street) but benefit of a much higher quality of rooms
You might party a lot in Phangan and pre party also at Phangan Arena (our main property) but whenever you need quiet and privacy you can just go home and watch a movie or sleep.
Large and bright living room with a comfortable relaxing area, a fully equipped kitchen and large sliding windows opening on a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy superb sea views over the beach located only a few steps away !

If you will arrive at the hostel after 21:00, please let us know in advance.
4) We are partner with Arena so you can use all the facilities there
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 2 days in advance prior to arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included
7) No smoking in Rooms, but have a smoking area
9) We require a full payment to secure your reservation

We always ask you to pay upfront as our property has a very high demand
Regarding bookings FOR the full moon and Half Moon periods:
- We HIGHLY recommend you book 3 days before the Moon Party to enjoy all the major parties such as Waterfall Party, Jungle Experience, and so on.
- Once we have received your booking, please contact us for the payment details. ***(Pre-payment is required) ***
- it is your responsability to contact us for the pre-payment in advance, your booking may not be confirmed if you do not send us a pre-payment.
Please note that if we do not receive your payment (Regarding bookings FOR the full moon or half moon periods), we have the right to cancel the booking at any time.
No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking
No Show = No Refund

If staying here for around the full moon party make sure you read the accommodations policy first!! They require you to contact them to pay the full amount once the booking has been made or they will cancel your booking without informing you even though Hostel world required a deposit when the booking was made. We arrived to Koh Phangan to be told our booking was cancelled months before hand even though we had a booking reference from hostel world. Would not recommend this place!

Room is good & social area is nice. Shared Bathroom was only cleaned once in the whole 4 nights we stayed and toilet paper was not replaced for a few days meaning we went without. The staff are rude, they do not communicate clearly that you have to contact them to pay in advance therefore lots of backpackers have had issues with their policies. They gave our en suite room away before contacting us and made us pay the same amount for a shared bathroom. Location is ok but beach isn’t nice
