Welcome to Colo Colo, a new concept of accommodation for the most adventurous, active, and respectful travellers. If you are looking to feel like a local, live the culture and share the experience with other Citytrotters, this is the place for you; your Casita.
Our Smart Hostel is located in the heart of San Sebastian. It is only 5 minutes from the beaches of La Concha and Zurriola and 3 minutes from the Old Town or El Buen Pastor Cathedral.
Colo Colo, The Smart Hostel, offers private beds to guarantee maximum privacy and comfort for our guests, we call them Casitas. Each Casita is equipped with the latest technology and sleeping equipment: tablet and headphones, 100% cotton bed linen, carefully chosen mattress and pillow, and a locker with a smart lock. These individual spaces are located in our shared sleeping area and will make you rest and recharge your batteries in the best possible way.
In the Agora common area you can connect with other travellers while sipping the best free unlimited coffee. In addition, we will provide you with the best routes and recommendations so you only have to worry about enjoying the moment.

Hostel rules
-Check-in is open from 14:00
-Check-out until 11:00
-Reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00 and security and video surveillance operates 24 hours a day
-The lights in the sleeping area are switched off at 00:00, we value silence and the good rest of our Citytrotters
-The Agora common area will be closed from 00:00 to 08:00
-Free WI-FI throughout the Smart Hostel
-It is important to keep the consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages inside the Agora and not in the casita and/or sleeping area
Colo Colo Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 5 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check out before 11.00.
Payment upon arrival by credit card.

the layout is weird and they are strict about no luggage near the beds. makes it difficult to get organized and you have to go downstairs to do anything. downstairs has no windows and is not a place where people really hangout. other than that it was cute and obvious they tried to do a Scandinavian style. it looks new but they used cheap building materials in the bathrooms that are already coming apart. had very hot water one night but then not the next day at noon in the showers.

Nice hostel, functional access and storage. Lack of reception staff out of core hours and automatically opening door and internal door that doesn't always close itself means that it's easy for people to walk off the street and into the sleeping and shower areas. Kitchen lacks hobs or over, but had nice utensils otherwise. Seating area lacks any cushions, just wood.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Beds and sleeping pods are very comfy and cozy!
