Alright for a few nights.
Good kitchen and shared spaces. Could do with another hob though.
Location on a busy street but only 15 minutes to st kilda which is lovely. Easy access to town by tram.
Room were disappointing. No plug socket next to bed and only a couple in the room. Mattress very thin and could feel the bed frame. The three person bunks were chlostraphic. One person is on the floor.
Shared toilets but cleaned daily.
Would stay here again if rooms improved.

The room smelt so bad I couldn’t breathe so had to sleep in my friends bed with her in a different room. Before arriving, we emailed to be put in the same room and they replied saying that it was sorted but when we arrived they said we couldn’t be in the same room because they were too full. We booked for 3 nights but cancelled our stay as even 1 night was too long. Bathrooms were dirty, had sick in and lots were broken/out of order. Booked into other hostels around Melbourne which are nicer!

Fantastic value for money, Although some facilities are lacking with only 2 cooking stations, 1 washing machine for the entire hostel and the beds are not best ive slept on but the atmosphere is amazing, with a free pool table, Xbox with every game, access to Netflix and every other streaming services. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Also the location is idea 15mins walk from St Kilda beach, 10 min walk from Chapel street with a tram stop literally outside for access to the CBD.
