We felt very unsafe. The main door did not lock. We did not feel safe. The aid conditioner did not work as advertised and the room made us overheat. We did not feel safe as women travelers. The staff did not care about our concerns or make any effort to fix the unlocked outside door. The room smelled so bad, we met people who decided to stay elsewhere.

If you arrive at Midnight, there will be no service available.
No English-speaking staff. You have to learn Spanish if you wanna stay here.
The location is good but if they don't provide night check-in service then they must mention it clearly.

Under there hostel condition it says you can check in between 08:00am and 22:00. I attempted to check in at around 10:30am and they told me I could not check in until 1pm. Once I was allowed in my room, others were already in there and my bed wasn’t made. I understand it is a hostel and not a hotel, but for an averaged priced hostel, I had never not had my bed prepared for me.
The room was very hot when I arrived, my room did not have its own designated-air con remote, it was getting shared with other room
