The hostel is situated in the former Auvray family's dyeing factory in Rouen, which is one of the oldest sites of the city's industrial heritage. Welcoming families but also groups and athletes, the hostel offers many equipments, such as wifi, a separate kitchen, a barbecue, a library, great sunny gardens, a luggage room, and relaxation areas.
Bedrooms for 2, 4, 6 or more than 7 are available, and the breakfast is included in the price. Rooms can also be rented for events or for groups, it should be added to your booking.
Subscribing to the HIFrance association is compulsory to access the hostel.

Overall a good visit. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable. Only issues were that it was not possible to actually secure the lockers and the complementary breakfast service finished quite early. I would recommend this hostel to other travellers

This place was ok. Security was good, cleanliness was decent, staff were alright when they were available. The location made it a bit of a pain to get around, as it was quite a long walk to anything major in Rouen if you couldn’t get the bus. There was only one power outlet in our room, shared by 4 people. The wifi also didn’t reach past the ground floor. Overall was a decent stay but some things need improvement.

This hostel has potential but really lacked any atmosphere. Maybe I was just there at the wrong time if year but it didn’t have any social vibes at all.
The room was fine but weirdly smelled like fish, WiFi didn’t reach the room and I couldn’t open the security locker under the bed because the handle was broken.
Breakfast was pretty decent, the facilities were good and the location was easy to get to the city from. Overall it was ok but could have been better
