Beds were dirty - left my backpack and was missing an item attached to it - turned the lights off on me at 9pm in common area - people were loud until at least 12 - staff was nice but didn’t speak English - I normally don’t write reviews - but this was an rough experience

Cleanliness is terrible. I have photos of the showers clogged with weeks accumulation of hair and disgusting stuff, the sinks and area are communal and look like the tooth paste spit has not been cleaned in days as was the trash cans, I have photos. The bedroom walls are very thin but that’s fine. They request you remove shoes but the bedroom floors need sweeping! The space between the beds and the wall where guests walk to climb into bed is full of black hair I have photos. Why can’t I share t
