Great base to explore Corfu! A little out out from the old town, but with a bus stop (E1.70 into town) right outside on the main road, it was easy to get to and from Corfu Old Town. Staff were lovely throughout my 3-night stay, helpful and knowledgeable. I booked a suite all to myself -- only downside was the comfiness of the beds (not great).

I loved this hostel for its cleaningness (the kitchen was a little nasty but I understand it is hard to maintain a kitchen in a large hostel clean all the time, plus some of the guests don't really clean up their mess very well), the facilities in the bedroom (the bedbunks with individual lights, the big locker for your things), the bathrooms were nice and ok state (important: I stayed in a female dorm). There is a big grocery on a 10 minute walk, and a bus stop to old town (every 30 min/1 hour)
