Staff, location, price, and beds were fantastic! Lots of outlets and nice toiletries too! The place is great if you can deal with possible bad neighbors.
The biggest problem is the walls are paper thin. The guy next door (I'm assuming maybe a long term resident) was talking to someone all night long through the morning every night, even after I called out to keep it down. I could barely sleep. There were used robes, towels and razors in the shower area and the sinks had old food in the drains.

The value was great here compared to other cities in Japan. The room was big and felt luxurious for a hostel.
