Stayed here for two nights! First timer in Japan and first time in hostel and honestly would rather not stay with anyone else when I come back. Staff are amazing although I didn’t speak a word beside hello and thank you, they understood what I wanted to see and do and helped me with my trip hats off to UNplan Shinjuku! Sleeping in the cubicle along with other fellow travellers was also a treat everyone was smiling and felt most welcome! Everything you need they got! Ask about the ramen shop.

Clean, quiet, safe, non social hostel if that’s your vibe. I liked the style of the pods, very spacious and had a lock box, light, chargers, side tables, some storage in the pods. The location was not as good as everyone says it is. Long walk from the train station if you have luggage. If you are planning on going soon, be aware that there is construction next door so it’s very loud in the mornings which was frustrating.

Didn't end up having any contact with any of the staff members. I was very grateful they offered a self check-in option. I felt like the location was a bit of a walk but nonetheless still in a cool area.
