Owners were really friendly, bed is larger than usual for a bunk bed and is in a really convenient place would recommend! Also very cute dog who loves to come and say hi

I wouldn’t recommend Vung Tau to solo travellers. There is not a great deal to do here and the beach is not very nice (lots of rubbish).
The hostel itself was fine, no atmosphere, hard mattresses and loud AC. But it was cool in the room, it was a big mattress and i like the pod design. If you do find yourself in Vung Tau this is a perfectly fine spot to stay.
There is a cable car about 2km away which was the only thing worth doing but mainly for kids as there is an amusement park at the top.
