The bedroom doors do not close. The WiFi does not work. They play music late at night. They say it’s been cleaned but actually very dirty and mosquitos and bugs get into the room because windows and doors can’t close

Pretty average hostel. Dorm doors didn’t close properly. Really loud music in the day and a bit of a weird vibe from both some other guests and staff. Staff not helpful, and needed asking multiple times to do basic things like supply blankets or give toilet paper. On three occasions they also tried to double charge me, didn’t have any change for two days, and didn’t keep receipts to check when they had charged and when they hadn’t. Could be massively improved with some basic changes.

- There was a p** in the toilet when i arrived in the 4 bed dorm and no one else was in the room. Room obviously had not been cleaned or inspected.
- Floor one 4 bed dorm had no ventilation or openable windows, super stuffy and uncomfortable.
- moved to the 6 bed dorm on the second floor and there were Wasps in my room.
- Numerous times the power has gone out and we have had either no hot water or no water at all
- manager showed no care or interest in people staying here
- No vibe/atmosphere for meeting people
