Urban Art Stay

Urban Art Stay is a traveler's Hostel in central Seoul.

There are many traditional markets nearby the hostel, including Dongdaemun Market, for easy access to shopping, food and cultural facilities. It is also an ideal place to explore Seoul by walking along the Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is located within a minute's walk . Urban Art Stay is not an ordinary Hostel. It consists of traveler's accomodation, alternative travel agency, and an Artist Lab.

We intend to make our guesthouse a home for backpackers and artists in search for a new experience, an alternative side of Seoul.
We aim to be different from other guesthouses in Korea, we are definitely not an ordinary form of accommodation, come experience it for yourself !

During your stay at Urban Art, we want you to consider this place as your home in Seoul and we will do our best to make your experience as comfortable, enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Choosing Urban Art Stay will enable you to explore the diverse faces of Seoul, from Korea's back alley culture, street stalls, second-hand shops to affordable and renowned restaurants, all of it being easily accessible on foot.
If you are an artist you are guaranteed to find inspiration in the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood, access to a large variety of objects and materials, as well as a window to past generations' daily life.

* Dormitories are capsule / pod type, thus offering some privacy.

* Use of rooftop barbecue facilities : 30 000 won furniture, charcoal, and fire plate included (only on clear days)
