Hostel Refúgio is a nice hostel with 6 rooms, all equipped with Air Conditioning and individual Lockers. WiFi is free for all guests!
We have 6 comfortable beds, ideal to receive single travellers and groups or families as well. We offer a Brazilian breakfast.
Close to the beach, praia preta and praia julia. Hostel Refugio is located in Rua das Flores s/n, 15 minutes from the pier. Praia do Abraaozinho is a 30 minutes walk from the hostel.
The distribution of the beds as well as the rooms, the occupation is made according to the availability of the Hostel on the date of your check in.
We can not guarantee exclusive gourmand for family and groups.

Lovely hostel in a beautiful location ( is up a steep hill tho so beware if you have heavy bags!) so clean and serve breakfast for free! Wish I could have stayed longer. Quiet at night which was perfect for me - but if you are looking for a more party hostel this won’t be for you.

Met my new best friend Debbie there, forever grateful to this hostel for this new friendship. Also the hostel breakfast slaps, would recommend the little cheese bites.

Was probably the cleanest and best set up rooms we have stayed in compared to any hostel. Beds were great and very comfy and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast and towels were included too. It was up a small hill but was still in a reasonably good location.
The guests were slightly older in general, so there wasn’t much of an atmosphere. Also drinking water was not free
