Cancellations are accepted 7 days prior to the arrival date unless you booked at Non refundable rates
No shows are subject to payment of 1st-night stay unless booked during new years eve period which requires a minimum stay of 3 nights,
in which case will be fully charged if canceled too late or in the event of non-arrival.

LIMITATIONS:
All guests must be of legal age but below the age of 55 years, it's a youth hostel, we are stretching these terms already! Due to the nature of Hostel bunkbeds and the limitation of weight using IKEA guidelines, we are forced to a maximum weight limit of 120KG per person. Please do not book if you exceed this limit as we can not take the liability and must send you away without refunds if you choose to ignore this. Please be kind enough to book a private room at a hotel if you have a snoring condition that may disturb the majority. Please respect all people and follow common rules as we reserve the right to cancel your stay with us immediately if any complaints arise.
