I’m not usually squeamish, but when we tried to go swimming we saw at least four rats in the pool area, and when we tried to go to the other side of the pool we saw cockroaches…
The room had black mold in the ceiling and in the shower. The sheets on the bed clearly weren’t cleaned properly, there were multiple blood stains on them.
The staff, very nice, but were clearly not on top of things. There was no room service, and when we wanted to pay, we had to tell them the amount, when no one knew

Does not look much like the pictures. The hallway to the rooms is full of trash and random items. The bar downstairs seems to be where older men come to find company for a price. That being said the staff was really helpful.
