Horrible. Stood outside waiting to be let in for 10 minutes in the cold, until a person came through the front door to exit the building. We had a private bedroom. The beds were like sleeping on stone. Myself (27) and my 31 year old partner even came up sore after sleeping on these “beds.†I would hate to be an older person that has joint issues. The shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Staff did not care at all. Bedroom smelt like a toilet as well. 100% do not recommend at all.

FRAUD!!!! I went there in order to check in and they charged me 100 euros instead of 20 euros. They were telling that this is what I booked for over an hour, even they had my reservation through the app. It's a fraud. I felt useless, I was crying, I was in a foreign country. After two hours and many calls to my bank they were giving me 10 euros back, and I kept saying you robbed me. Terrible experience. They thought they could robbed me. I lost my tour, my mood, my time, everything. FRAUD!!!!!

I can't say anything about atmosphere because I checked in very late and checked out very early. I had a very kind support from the host.
