The staff was nice, the girl at the reception was very nice and attentative. And promised a deal to give me a late checkout, but the other receptionist didn’t know about that and the maid came to knock my door and asked me to leave before the deal. That peeved me a lot. One mistake can ruin everything, your day of rest.

Loved it, staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Beautiful room, good wifi (I worked from the room), would definitely stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay with our little balcony overlooking the square. The staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again at the end of our trip.
