Its simple. We put everything you need in one place.
We offer a choice of beds, rooms, studios and apartments. All self-contained, all with ensuite bathrooms and balconies. Our rooms are contemporary in design, functional and spacious.
We built a village beneath where you're staying to offer you all the services and amenities you might need.
These include the Athens Sports Bar showing Sky, OTE, cheap beers, wines, mixers and delicious cocktails. Family friendly atmosphere with fun activities including Quiz Night on Mondays, Karaoke on Thursdays. You always have something to do!
There is a laundromat with 4 new washers and dryers that take 8 kilo loads to save you money so you just dump it all in and get it clean fast.
Lockers and storage facilities allow you to leave your bags somewhere safe whilst you're out and about or on the Islands.
We know you can arrive any time of the day or night so we are always open for you 24hrs a day everyday of the year. There is always someone here to greet you with a smile and help you. Please note due to the Covid 19 situation we are not allowed by law to serve free breakfast till further notice.

Athens Studios is an affordable spot in a really great location if you want to be near all the hot tourist spots. It felt like a really easy area to exist in with a lot of great local restaurants within a short walking distance. The space had everything I needed but was quite bare bones. The small fridge was handy and the breakfast was a nice touch and an easy way to start the day. My room was quite noisy but shutting the window and turning on the AC helped cover up most the noise at night.

This place was amazing! Located in the the best part of Athens we were a stones throw away from everything we wanted to see. Brekkie every morning was great and the rooms were so clean. Would love to stay again in future.
