Superbly located in the Old Town of Vilnius, right near the famous Gates of Dawn and Central Bus/Train stations, B&B Florens offers 7 private rooms with free Wi-Fi and coffee/tea making facilities.
The majority of the remarkable historical objects of medieval Vilnius as well as restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, are easy reachable by walk. Family owned private property is situated in an authentic 19th century building listed in the UNESCO cultural heritage as a monument of architecture.
The central railway and bus stations are only a 5 minute walk away.
Each of the 7 rooms contains:
private shower and WC room;
individually controllable heating;
free Wi-fi (unlimited);
cable TV;
hairdryer;
linen and towels.
All rooms are dedicated for NON-SMOKING guests.

It is difficult to find as the sign on the gate is tiny. The accommodation is basic but has all you need - hot water, WiFi, fridge n kettle . My mattress needed replacing and the external stairwell is very shabby. The system for returning the keys if there is no one to check you out is not ideal.
The big advantage is its proximity to the market, the old town and the bus and train stations. All are within 10 minutes walk away. Station 24 bar- food, WiFi, etc is less than 50 yards away.

The B&B is in an old building, which shows. The location is great, the main market was a 2-minute walk away in case you want fresh food/coffee (PASTRIES). My single room windows showed a bar across the street, so during weekend nights it got really loud. Single room is also quite small, but enough for sleeping in. Common kitchen has fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils. Water pressure in shower is quite weak, temperature also changes. The receptionist was very nice. Overall pleasant.

It was very close to the bus station. and it takes 10 minutes from hostel to old town by foot.
The room was very clean and large.
The hostel was 2nd floor and there were a lot of stairs but there was no elevators...
It was hard time to go up the hostel with my luggage.
