When i arrived they said they didn't have a room for me.
They made me feel bad for their mistake

The staff I spoke with were very nice, but the vibe in this hostel was horrible. Most people in my room were significantly older and seemed like they’d been there a long time. Which made it feel like I was a guest in their room, and anything I did was a disturbance to them. The locker cages under the beds were also soooo loud. It also didn’t feel safe getting there alone at night. But again, the staff was nice, just other circumstances made this a hostel I won’t return to personally.
