Bus stops to the city are near the hotel. The ensuite room is a bit old and not very spacious. I was checking late at midnight without informing the hotel due to flight delayed so i was charged for some fees. But the atmosphere was quiet which gave us a good sleep.

A great property especially if looking to get away from the chaos of the city. I took a rest day here and loved the quieter environment as it was far from the city center. Very kind staff! Clean rooms, hot showers!

On reading previous reviews I was apprehensive. It’s the Edinburgh fringe and went for the tattoo. Travelodge was £168 for the night ! and this £74. Extremely polite, friendly and helpful receptionist, who took over the property in March. Yes the property is dated but our room was pristine clean.There’s tea and coffee, hairdryer, shampoos, towels ,huge tv and free WiFi . So I feel very good value for money at this time of year. Comfortable beds. Not the Ritz . Manage your expectations. ThankYou
