Located less than 5 minutes away from the famous Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion, the Old Palace Guest House is the perfect accommodation for those who are looking to stay in a central yet affordable place in the city of Brighton. We are located in the heart of the Kemptown area, just a few steps away from a wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs.

We offer double, twin, triple and single en-suite rooms, all decorated with a nice and simple dcor. Each room also offers a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Our lovely staff speak several languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, Turkish and German) and will always be happy to help you!

advertised as a Guesthouse but the standards are lower than your average hostel. Not particularly clean (bedding throws had questionable stains), bathroom was tiny (barely room to move, toilet seat didn't fit the pan, shower was a incredibly tight fit, toilet that didn't flush properly). Curtains didn't cover the windows, which means no sleep when sun comes up. Was asked for £100 cash deposit rather than the advertised £50 and was told to go to the cash machine. Paid almost £200 for 1 night
