We booked a female only dorm, when we got there there was men in the room. We spoke to reception and they said sorry but we have nowhere else for them to go. The toilet was blocked in the room and out of use and there was no other toilet to use. There’s no communal area. Had to pay in cash as they didn’t accept cards. We couldn’t use our padlocks as they was too big so we borrowed one which cost 100 P which was meant to be a refundable deposit, but on return of the padlock we didn’t get our deposit back. Co

Bathroom was not as clean but comfortable beds and amazing staff, only 5min walk to the d mall and the beach.

Was nervous to book this place as there was only one review on hostel world but I’m so glad I did.
Such a clean hostel and the staff were amazing and couldn’t do anything more to help you!
