Pepos Xul-Ha is located in the lagoon of Xul-Ha, so you have the lagoon 10 steps outside of your room, there are lounge areas where you can chill or some hammocks.
The breakfast is all ready included with your stay and we have some sailboat. The tourism that we are looking for are couples, travelers or family that want to have some chill days and relax at the shore of the lagoon.
All the rooms have A/C, a queen bed and a table to work. We have some living rooms and a kitchen if you need it.
Come and enjoy a relaxing stay on the shores of the lagoon, with unforgettable sunsets and sunrises. Also activities such as sailing, tours, bonfires and many more. This in the heart of the Xul-Ha Lagoon (where the water is born) with a dock at the edge of the lagoon and a lookout point on the first floor with the best view.

Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check out before 12:00 .

Amazing place. Lovely staff. Great location. Good kitchen. Lovely room. Wish we could have spent a month here!! Free use of kayaks and paddle boards and free breakfast was great. Comfy chill out area. I will always look back fondly on our time at Pepos.

We loved staying here, Bacalar is so beautiful but this spot is a real hidden gem! The SUP/kayaks are great too and the host is so so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are confortable and have enough space for two people. The sunrise is incredible and being so close to the lake is super convinient and nice. You really walk out of your room and immediately see the cristal clear waters. A minor suggestion would be to renovate a bit the bathrooms interior and the lake house in order to be safer to use.
