Welcome to U-Co Guadalajara, a co-live & co-work community space perfectly located in Colonia Americana. You’ll be staying blocks away from the best spots Guadalajara has to offer.
We have accommodations for 24 people in total. There are individual rooms and 9 private (queen bed) rooms. Our amenities include shared bathrooms, high-speed internet, work desk spaces, an open kitchen, lounge area.
Since we're eco-friendly, we'll provide you with the basics like shampoo, soap, and lotion. Try to reduce single-use plastics as we need to all do our part. If you need anything, we'll be here to assist you.

This place is great. It is centrally located in the middle of Americana and has all the amenities you need at a very affordable price point. The rooms are clean and the staff are really helpful. We liked it so much we ended up extending our stay and would happily return.

Big historic house in a popular busy part of the city, bike, trains easily available. Large plain rooms you get keys to lock with your discretion. No a/c good atmosphere variety of people to meet pet friendly, pleasant balcony and roof top. I'd dwell here again.

Sebas and Alexa are great hosts! A perfect place to meet people from all around the world, yet quiet enough to rest and get work done. Good internet, clean and equipped with everything
