Only 2 km. away from Pai's Walking Street is the Old Pai Village of Ban Wiang Nuea- home to generations of locals for more than 800 years. Right in the middle of this village is the brand new location of our Paiburee Guesthouse.
Beautiful and spacious cabin-styled guesthouses that are located just steps away from our café and check-in counter. Included in your reservation is an American-styled breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, salad, and coffee. Vegetarian options are available upon request. This is hands down the best guesthouse we’ve stayed in so far! The hosts were incredibly friendly (especially their two dogs, who will smother you within seconds of arriving). The cabin is cozy and private and wifi works great. The room includes a lovely breakfast with toast coffee and fruit. The only mild issue is the distance from Pai, so unless you are happy walking 20 minutes into town you may want to rent a bike. The hosts will even drop you off into town or to a bike rental if you want!

Best night sleep I’ve had since travelling. So worth the money the private room we had was so clean and modern, the staff were absolutely brilliant so accommodating and so were the 2 fluffy doggos who are so excited to greet every visitor. They even serve breakfast! 10/10 recommended

Nueng and his family welcomed us into their home. Located just 5 minutes by scooter away from Pai centre, I loved the quiet surroundings. The bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and an outside terrace was provided with seating. A basic breakfast (coffee, teas, toast) is provided in a lovely seating area. Nueng was always willing to help, and their loyal dogs provided us with nice company. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway!
