Paul was a fantastic host. About 20 minutes from city centre on the public transit. Appreciated being able to use the kitchen & have some breakfast in the morning. Quiet place.

Met the owner Paul, nice guy made us feel welcome and showed us around. Give us helpful tips on where to go for food and how th catch a bus the next day.
Very close to Liverpool town centre £2.70 on the bus.

Paul, our host, was fantastic! However the property needs some TLC with paintwork and general layout. Overall I thought the place was just adequate and for me not quite value for the money I paid for room I received.
