boat ride from the vibrant Río Dulce Town and a 40-minute ride to the funky Garifuna Livingston.
Dreamcatcher Eco Lodge is a dreamy jungle hideaway in the magnificent Río Dulce. With a common house
where you can feast a good food good mood local cuisine, relax and daydream to the chill out tunes in our
dock and rent kayaks to explore the wilderness.
Accommodation ranges from a bed in the dorm to cosy double bed private deluxe room.

Interesting place. Some good food, but with a price tag to match; which is fair. Maybe not particularly a backpackers first stop. It’s a boat ride into town to do anything or go anywhere so it feels a little secluded. Maybe just a better place to treat yourself to a fancy dinner.

This is not a backpacker friendly hostel. It is nice if you want to come here and spend a lot of money on the food and really indulge but I don’t know why this is on hostel world. We left early as we could not afford another day of food

I needed someplace to recharge after a few weeks gallivanting with cool peoples and Dreamcatcher did it all for me. The staff was extremely nice and super courteous, the owner was a gem. She made everything so easy and really puts YOU at ease. But let me not forget about the food. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? ABSOLUTELY. Everything I had literally was amazing. I haven’t had steaks that good since $$$ steakhouse back in the states. TREAT YOSELF here.
