Sapa Capsule is one of the hotel capsule modern system in the world. With the unique, modern and convenience but also reasonable price, our hotel will bring to our customers extremely new experiences while staying with us
Each capsule is well-equipped, cozy and comfortable. You can really enjoy a good sleep inside our capsule. We have a large balcony on top floor so you can have a great view to see the scenery of mountain and Centre town.

At the moment, we don’t have receptionist at night time. We start open gate to welcome guest from 6.00 – 23.00. Please inform us your arrival time if you don’t arrive in our opening time.

Really cool place, cozy and better than expected. Clean bathrooms with separate toilets and showers. The staff were lovely, welcomed us on arrival, let us check out really early in the morning so we could get our bus, ordered us a taxiand even gave us a tea on arrival and when leaving. Not sure about the social aspect as we were only here a few hours but would recommend if your staying in sapa :) (is at the top of a hill though)

Staff are so friendly and helpful, the coffee is really good here. Easy to walk to the centre and good nearby restaurants. Capsules are spacious and warm. Be aware its very cold in sapa in February. I was wearing 2 pairs of joggers, 3 tshirts and a coat to sleep. Bonus points because they have a really cute cuddly cat here

The capsules are a cool idea, however the plug and USB port didn’t work in one of ours. I also had to change capsule because the lights didn’t work in my original one. There only ever seemed to be one toilet roll for the 3 toilets on our floor but had we have needed more I’m sure the staff would have happily provided. Very cute cat that chills in the common area, 10/10 for cuteness.
