Excellent location with a very helpful staff; our only issue was with the wifi. It stopped working one night entirely, and access away from the lobby was often erratic.

Hostel was not heated outside of the rooms and heater in the rooms was inadequate. Blankets are to thin to stay warm with. Staff left lights turned off in stair wells making a trip downstairs perilous during the night. Lobby was nice but freezing until mid day. My bag was stolen during my stay and the staff provided no help. Ended up being charged for the keycard that was taken with my bag. Overall I have no idea how this hostel earned its rating. I recommend you avoid this place.
