I loved this charming hotel, the location and the service couldn't be any better! Thierry, one of the owners, was very accomodating and flexible to my very late arrival which made me feel safe as a solo travel female, he even helped me to print some reservations I need to continue my trip to Europe. He was very caring and made me feel at home. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back to Lourdes!

I love Citötel amazing hospitality, friendly and knowledgable staff. Helps you need help find locations around the area or nice place to explore outside Lourdes (Pyrenees Hike). Excellent location and we included garage parking during our stay. I will come back here again! and I recommend this place.
