My boyfriend and I really liked this hostel. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. You can keep your baggage their whilst you’re doing the W trek and rent camping bits & bobs. Would recommend :)

The only place to stay when you visit Puerto Natales. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, sharing their recommendations and helping us coordinate our trip to Torres del Paine. Organised and clean hostel with relaxed communal space and kitchen. Great breakfast available early in the morning too.

They rented me stuff for my W trek - really helpful & friendly staff & had an early breakfast pre-leaving for the hike - comfortable & good location - all in all good
