Habitation des Lauriers

Habitation des Lauriers was built in 1901 by a French family from Corsica as a private house. It was renovated in 2009 and became a hotel with the current owner. It kept its magnificent columns and arched 12 feet doors.

We offer different types of accommodation, from Superior rooms with balconies overlooking the city
and bay of Cap-Haitian, Standard rooms, Budget rooms a few steps up the main building, and a Dormitory with 9 bunk beds. All have access to Wi-Fi, TV, a pool, and a complimentary breakfast.

On the premises, you will find a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a full bar open every
day. Our chef offers delicious Caribbean dishes, pasta, seafood, and his specialties. Our bartender makes very good cocktails, you will also find wines, champagne, and all well-known drinks.

A hiking trail is available at the property where you can enjoy the view, benches are available to rest.

The infinity swimming pool is available all year round, a bar is close by and meals can be served in the area.

Our staff will organize trips to different places to visit while staying in Okap. Citadelle Laferriere is a most, built in 1820, it was nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
