This charming town will amaze you as soon as you arrive with its unique culture, rich history, and friendly local people. With such value, Hoi An was recognized as a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1999.
All activities and designs from Hoianese are aimed toward bringing you closer to the local people, local culture, and history of Hoi An.

2. Check-out time: before 11:00am
3. Cancellation policy: 1 day advance notice for free cancellation
4. Payment: cash only upon checking in
5. Taxes: included
6. Breakfast: not included
7. No curfew, but please lower your voice after 22:00pm
8. No smoking in rooms, but a designated area is provided
9. Child policy: children are not allowed
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Reception working hours: from 06:00am to 22:00pm.

Staff were very welcoming, providing lots of information about Hoi An and trips we could do. We arranged all our trips with the hostel using their own guide, Baú, who was excellent. The hostel arranged a car to get us to Danang airport and even arranged for a member of staff to be at the hostel at 6am to ensure the driver turned up and to check we had all our belongings. We felt this was over and above what we would expect, especially as their reception staff hours did not start until 7am.
