I really enjoyed my stay at Curiocity. The staff are super friendly and the dorms are like mini apartments. A few downsides include lack of socialisation (many people there are either renting long-term and working or on short business trips). Another downside was the mould in our bathroom. Nevertheless, every afternoon/ evening, the staff put on an activity to help people bond/ meet!
Curiocity is in a perfect location, people are respectful and friendly and you get a great nights sleep!

I'm a solo traveler and stayed at Curiocity for close to three weeks. It's a unique place that caters to travelers of all types. The location is clutch! The bus station is right outside which serves easy access to beautiful beaches such as Clifton and Camps Bay. Greenpoint Park is just a short walk away and leads straight to the promenade for a stroll along the ocean. The staff is awesome! So friendly, approachable and helpful. The shared dorms with the kitchen feel more like apartments. Super!

This place is more like a hotel than a backpacker hostel. It’s like having your own apartment with a kitchen, tv, bathroom and great WiFi. The staff is 24 and very helpful. They told me how and where to get a COVID test and printed the paper work out for me! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s located right downtown and across from a beautiful park worth visiting as well. 10/10
