Positive: Very friendly, respectful, and lovely personable staff. Clean (4 person) dorm room. Have balcony. Quiet room. Respectfully and nice neighbors (best so far). Seats to eat and relax. Lots of tissue to use. Next to large grocery store and bus stop. Able to hang at balcony to dry laundries. Negative: Spotty WIFI (doesn't work in dorm). Kitchen closes at 10PM (huge issue). Noise common area though it closes at 11PM (able to continue on the corner). A little far from CBD (Bus 950 works).

Stayed our first week in Australia here. Was a bit hard to mix with others at first due to them being longer stayers it seemed however after the first couple of days had a blast. Staff happy to help with anything (including allowing us to use the hostels address for our TFNs) and other guests always considerate if people were trying to sleep etc. Would definitely stay again
