Staff was helpful and kind. Good location, Hanoi Old Quarter. Breakfast was average. Facilities are modern and clean. Where I am dissatisfied the most it was in the room. I stayed at an 8 bed dormitory, I have stayed in other dormitories before in Hanoi (8-14 beds) and this one was ridiculuosly small and bad designed. Everytime someone opened the door, it will hit on me or on someone, there was no space to put your luggage, but your bed. And because it was so small, you could hear everything.
We are incredibly happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you had a great experience with our really friendly staff. I am disappointed to read that you felt the room was too small. All our rooms are designed based on extensive research to ensure that the needs of the modern traveller are met. Our guests love the pod-style beds providing privacy and comfort. We have rooms in different sizes. Our 24 hour front desk would have been more than happy to move you to a larger room had you asked while you were here. We hope to see you back again soon. Team Nexy

The Wifi signal needs improvement. Breakfast was ok, it had all the basics. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Great location.
Thanks for the feedback. We will take a look at all the wifi ports to see if they need a reboot. That will also help with any guests who are still logged in, but not using the service and potentially slowing it down. Cheers and safe travels, Sara GM

I want to thank the manager for the great time I had in her hostel. She was kind and attentive to my needs, and was willing to go the extra mile in service. The place was really nice, comfortable and convenient.
