OUR LOCATION:
1 Woodleigh Terrace, Derry (or Londonderry), BT48 7ED, on the junction of Princes Street and Asylum Road.

We are on the street adjacent to the Police Station (PSNI) which is located on Strand Road (which runs parallel to the River).

Our Dark-Green front door is directly opposite the entrance to the 'NI Jobs & Benefits Office' (which is sometimes known locally as Crown Buildings).
Our Hostel is Green & cream in colour.

The doorway is always illuminated with sidelights at night and there is a Mark Twain quote above the door - 'travel is fatal to hatred, bigotry & prejudice'.

HOW TO GET TO OUR HOSTEL

From Train Station:
Take the free shuttle bus to the central bus-station on Foyle Street.
Then follow the instructions below

From the Central Bus Station (Foyle Street)
Take a taxi for 3 minutes from Foyle street - £3 maximum
or
Walk for 10 minutes. -- Walk out of the Bus station onto Foyle Street.
Walk straight towards the building with the large clock tower that looks like a Cathedral (this is the Guildhall).
Cross 'Guildhall Square' which is between the Guildhall and the historic City Walls (which have old canons on top of them).
Continue straight towards the Strand Road.
you will pass these buildings on your right
1. Northern Bank (immediately after Guildhall)
2. Supervalu
3. Cross at the traffic lights. Ice Wharf Bar will be on your right
4. Quayside Shopping centre (Tesco)
5. Cross at the traffic lights. At Clarendon Bar cross the street again to the side of the street where 'Fiorentinis' Italian Cafe is.
Take the next left just at the Police Station- this is our street

NOTE: Our street is the street that joins the Strand Road & the Northland Road which are parallel with the River.
When you turn left onto our street you will be at the bottom of street that rises up a small hill. We are half way up the hill, directly opposite the 'NI Jobs & Benefits Office'.
